I'm a 30 year old woman who is working in a company. I am a good employee who is working hard and has contributed a lot to the company. I have been more than 5 years with this company and seeing my dedication towards my work I feel I need a raise in my salary. But I have a team dominated by men and me being the only women. I feel this might make it difficult for me to get my salary increased. How ca I confidently ask for a raise in my salary ? @Vanilla Girl

unless n untill there's some kind of politics, people regardless of gender are generally open to discussion.. and what you deserve could just be a conversation away.. incase there's some kind of politics, the situation will need to be accessed again.. as to what you can to do overcome it.. all the best 🙌
