Let me share my story. I feel very depressed due to my family problems and my own struggles. That's why I chose to take a walk outside. After walking, I sat on a public chair and began thinking. Then, an unknown old woman shared her journey of struggle, and I felt connected to her. Her kind words healed me a lot. I also shared my condition with her, and she motivated me, which I needed a lot at that time, really a lot. At last She says "It is life, enjoy dear"

My friends are my sisters and I can proudly say that. I was someone who wouldn’t share anything with my old friends because they never created that safe space for me. But later in life i found ppl who listened to ne as carefully as i did. Love the bond that we have now.
