My idea behind starting this meditation community is to embrace the integration of meditation into daily life, encouraging practitioners to bring mindfulness and awareness to their activities, relationships, and decision-making. It recognizes that the benefits of meditation extend beyond the time spent on the cushion and can positively impact various aspects of one's life. Benefits commonly associated with meditation include reduced stress, improved focus and concentration, increased emotional well-being, enhanced creativity, and a greater sense of overall balance and harmony. Many individuals also find that regular meditation practice helps them cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others, leading to personal growth and spiritual development. I look forward to organize group meditation sessions, retreats, workshops, and discussions where members can come together to meditate, learn from experienced teachers, share insights, and foster a sense of community. These gatherings provide opportunities for practitioners to deepen their understanding of meditation, explore new techniques, and connect with others on a similar path.
My friend recently got married. As it was arranged marriage, they were not knowing each other well. She was trying to know him, adjusting herself to a new house, his parents, and every other member’s habits, behavior. One day they had an argument. He was very angry, she was also angry. He tried to keep her quiet she was not ready to listen to him, he lost his temper and slapped her to cool down. Since then she has started to behave strangely, I guess that slap has hurt her internally. Please suggest me ways to comfort her? @ShikhaMehta

you should guide her in a supportive manner especially considering it's an arranged marriage. While the initial phase may be challenging, it's important to remember that a person's character isn't defined solely by this process. Individuals can lose their temper amidst anxiety, but it doesn't necessarily reflect their true nature.

It's heartbreaking to hear about your friend's experience. The most important thing you can do to comfort her is to be there for her, listen to her without judgment, and assure her that she is not alone. Encourage her to seek support from trusted friends, family members, or a professional counselor who can provide guidance and help her navigate through this difficult time. Remind her that she deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, and offer to help her explore her options for safety and healing. Let her know that you care about her well-being and will support her in any way you can.

For the past three months, my relationship with my best friend has been changing inexplicably. He's been avoiding me, and on May 11th, I caught him with another girl. Shockingly, I learned they've been together for over eight months. This revelation shattered my heart, and yesterday, he officially ended things between us. Is it advisable to move on swiftly from such a painful situation, or is it better to wait before attempting to move forward?
