My mom always used to say your phone is the cause of all your problems and I used to get so angry about that but trust me now I do believe it is the cause of all my problems but I love it so I cant get rid of it can I? I have a toxic relationship with my phone omg😭🫶🏻💀

its ok don't quit using your phone .!!! instead limit urself using ur phone for most of the time and try ur hobbies to take place, which doesn't include phone activities. like ...eg. play games u like cricket, football, volleyball or hobbies like art, painting, sometimes try sitting at home with family members n watching TV for 10 15 minutes also might help in forgetting about u using phone from ur mom's thinking😅. anything u like except phone might help u keep busy is I can suggest. these are just examples ☺ good day..!!

Same here, my dear! I also try to keep away from my phone as my mom suggests. But how? 😖 I set the timer to limit, but after some time, it's not working, and I failed to do it. 😔😔
