First be a healed and self sufficient individual so that you learn to be unaffected by toxicity and imperfections of others and learn to navigate it and transform it. In this process you also gain capacity to bring about change in your relationships and influence people in a right way.

You can love, you can fight but that fight should not be taken to your bedroom. Have open discussion about everything. If there is any problem, both should be on the same team. Appreciate each other in front of others and scold each other when you two are alone. common desires one has from her/his partner often include: love, respect, trust, support, communication, and understanding. It's important for each partner to communicate openly and honestly with your partner to understand their specific needs and desires in the relationship.

Filling your own cup, i.e self union, i.e taking physical care, emotional self sufficiency, focus on self growth and following the purpose of life so you can become more giving in relationships because you have something to give

For the past three months, my relationship with my best friend has been changing inexplicably. He's been avoiding me, and on May 11th, I caught him with another girl. Shockingly, I learned they've been together for over eight months. This revelation shattered my heart, and yesterday, he officially ended things between us. Is it advisable to move on swiftly from such a painful situation, or is it better to wait before attempting to move forward?
