انا في تالته جامعه ومشخصه بالاكتئاب من دكتور وكنت هاجل السنه الدراسيه بس كل اللي حواليا بيساعدوني عشان اكمل ومقفش ولكن انا مش عارفه اكمل امتحاناتي دلوقتي مش قادره اركز ومش عارفه ارجع زي ما كنت وفاقده الثقه في كل اللي حواليا هل في حل او اخر للي انا فيه عشان حاسه دي اخر الدنيا والادويه نفعت معايا فتره وبعدين زهقت وتاثيرها مش زي الاول وانا تعبت ؟

لازم الاول تعترفي ايه مشكله الاكتئاب بتاعتك يعني لازم تعرفي ايه سبب الاكتئاب وبالتالي تواجه نفسك بالحاجه اللي مزعلاك جدا ان شاء الله بالورق والقلم وبعد كده تبداي تحليها واحده واحده ده هيساعد معاكي في العلاج وهيساعد معاكي في مساعده الدكتور ليكي
