اهلا يا جميله 🥰 شعور الإحباط وأنى غبيه معطل بالفعل على الرغم أن الموقف الحقيقى انك لسه جديده وبتحاولى تتعلمى هونى ع نفسك أن شاء الله هتتعلمى وهتعلمى غيرك ويكون سهل بالنسبالك بعد كده ومفيش مشكله انك تسالى ده بيعمل ازاى وان محتاجه ضغط الشغل يقل حتى لو اتعلمتى واتمكنتى من الشغل علشان متعرضيش نفسك للاحتراق النفسي وحطى حدود ليك وانا مهتمه اساعدك انا مها اسماعيل اخصائى نفسى اكلينيكى وبشحعك حضور اللايفات ونتكلم اكتر باستفاضة منتظاركى وصفحتى (لأجل حياه تستحق أن تعاش) دمتى بخير وود واستقرار 🥰💐
