Good morning everyone Curd ( Dadhi) acc to Ayurveda. Qualities of curd ✅- It is heavy on digestion, hot in potency , constipative in nature, reduces Vata but increases Kapha and Pitta , increases obesity , strength and metabolism, cures Anorexia. Contraindications in curd ❌ are 1- Never have curd at night 2- Don’t heat the curd 3- Don’t have curd in summer , spring , autumn seasons. 4- Don’t use curd everyday because it might leads to skin diseases. #ayurvedadiet
