This is a big one for me right now. I have this opportunity that seems amazing on paper, but it would mean moving across the country and leaving my family behind. My heart wants to stay close to them, but my head tells me this could be a huge step forward in my career. How do you all make decisions when your heart and head are pulling you in opposite directions?
