This is a tricky one for me. My family is super traditional, and they have a lot of expectations for my life. They want me to get married young and have a stable career, but honestly, those aren't necessarily my priorities right now. How do you all balance the expectations of your family with your own personal values and goals?

Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. That's difficult. The key is to remember what's stopping you isn't your family but your fear of judgement. I would say, it might not matter in 5 or 10 years time. Start by expressing yourself, working on your values and then once it takes shape show your family.
