I've struggled to set clear boundaries in my relationships, often putting others' needs before my own well-being. Whether with friends, family or romantic partners, I tend to overcommit and have a hard time saying no, which leaves me feeling drained and resentful. As someone who cares deeply for my loved ones, how can I get better at communicating limits in a kind but firm way? What are some tactics for not falling into the people-pleasing trap while still maintaining important connections? @Jaspreetkaur
@PsychotherapyCentral , relationship coach. Please share the remedies.

About a year ago, I caught my boyfriend of 5 years having an affair with a coworker. We've been trying to work through it since then, but I can't seem to fully rebuild the trust. Small things trigger me to question his faithfulness all over again. For those who rebuilt from cheating, what specific steps helped regain trust? We're at a make-or-break point. @Jaspreetkaur

I am Roshini. My divorce was recently finalized after a long separation. While I'm relieved to have closure, I'm struggling with how to effectively co-parent our two young kids with my ex-husband. My ex and I argue a lot when dealing with the kids after our divorce. How can we get better at co-parenting without fighting in front of them? @Jaspreetkaur
In fight we always expect to change others. But in reality, it cannot happen that way. To make your husband calm infront of your kids, first you need to take initiative to make yourself calm when he misbehaves. once you start taking initiative, he doesnt have anything to say. Another thing, find your triggers when your husband misbehaves so that you could avoid responding on it infront of your kids

I am Jaya. My divorce was just finalized after a very painful two-year process. I'm relieved to have closure, but struggling with feelings of failure, loss, and uncertainty about the future as a single mom to our 7-year-old son. How can I process these complex emotions in a healthy way, while also focusing on self-care and creating a positive new life for us? @Jaspreet
start small. Make yourself proud that u have a courage to come out. Another thing look for single mom groups and know how they start manage. Many a times our mind makes a lot of stories but we have all the potential to face any situation.

Hey @CareerCoach_JaspreetKaur need an advice. I am Suhana. Ever since I was a child, I dreamt of starting my own business. On which I embarked last year. I have a handmade bag business in my eyes. I started it but I'm failing badly at it. I don't know how to deal with all this pressure. Whether I should quit or keep my passion ???
Well first of all figure out why this is happening? There could be 2 reasons a. You are not reaching to your target customers b. You are not working on quality of product or unique selling proposition work on these 2 reasons and reflect how you can do that. Think of yourself as a customer why would anybody want to purchase your bag

Hi, it's Naina here. I've been feeling stuck and unhappy in my marriage. Everything seems fine on the outside, but I'm just not happy. My husband doesnt have time for me? Is this normal? What did you do to cope? @CareerCoach_JaspreetKaur
The only thing is to talk to your husband why he is not giving time and another thing is to make yourself busy. Do something for yourself to find your purpose or anything you would like to try and make your professional life.

I work a 9-5 job and travel 2 hours to and fro from work. My husband is very upset that I am unable to give him time. I'm struggling to balance work and my personal life. How can I create a healthier work-life balance?
Utilize your travelling time which would give you a leverage to do something that you do at home now you can do while travelling. Any task which can be done during travelling and the time you get spare at home, you can give it to your husband and personal life.

I recently got rejected for a job I really wanted. This is the 20th one in the last 2 months and I am dejected. I graduated almost a year ago and prepared for CAT a few months and didn't make it so I started applying for jobs. How can I cope with rejection and move on?
Take your rejection as your learning experience. During every rejection, there must be something you can learn and utlize this learning in your next role. As a career coach, It is quite okay to be rejected so many times but remind yourself this is a learning to reach an even better opportunity than this.

I'm Renuka. What steps can I take to overcome imposter syndrome and believe in my abilities, especially in male-dominated fields? @CareerCoach_JaspreetKaur
Hi Renuka, You have posted very pertinent and important question. First of all, let's realized this basic fact that we are all human beings irrespective of our genders. By realizing this, we all have tremendous potential to unleash. To remove imposter syndrome, first try to reflect where and what things you are feeling day to day life. for that try to do journaling and then once you are aware of your lack areas, now its time for basic work. In basic work, try to do some baby steps to work on that. Even a tiny step towards improving yourself gradually leads to more better self. You can share your specific area where you feel imposter syndrome. so that I can suggest more. Meanwhile, wishing you the best.

What strategies can I use to advocate for myself in salary negotiations and ensure that I'm being compensated fairly?
In salary negotiations, the first step is to research about your profile pay. There are various websites which you can give you an idea. Now, while negotiating always jot down and reflect what they most liked you about your profile. during negotiation, highlight your strength which you found most helpful to them and share about your research amount (if they are giving less as market standard) Another way to negotiate on the component, may be you can ask joining bonus in pay package or any kind of transportation or medical benefit which you really need to compensate the amount you are looking for. Wishing you the best.

Hi, I do have 16 yrs of experience in healthcare bpo, but now have upskilled with Excel, powerbi, SQL, prompt engineering, generative AI tools, etc. , but I don't have hands-on experience in IT. Looking for a career shift.
Hi, Its really good that you have upgraded yourself with skills. Well, if you want to switch into IT sector then if you are still working in same sector then you can ask within your firm to take some minor project to utilise these skill sets or solve any problem with these skills so that you could share build the experience.. Another case would be if you aren't working in the firm and try to look for new job in IT then try to do some internships or paid projects to gets hands on experience and then move your career trajectory into the IT domain by gaining some experience.
