I've struggled to set clear boundaries in my relationships, often putting others' needs before my own well-being. Whether with friends, family or romantic partners, I tend to overcommit and have a hard time saying no, which leaves me feeling drained and resentful. As someone who cares deeply for my loved ones, how can I get better at communicating limits in a kind but firm way? Hello, your realisising that you are falling in the people pleasing trap and wanting to come out of it is a big first step. Next everytime you ant to commit to something, ask yourself if you would be struggling to do it or comfortable doing it. accordingly convey to the other party polietly that you will not be able to manage.initially people will feel bad, but when you explain yourself, they would understand after all they are family n friends.
