I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?

Hi there radiant being! I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist and can hopefully help you with these issues whenever we have a chat together but till then I would love to share some tips which can help reduce some anxiety. My favourite way to reduce anxiety is the box breathing method in which you breathe in for 4 seconds. Holld the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help in sleeping problems too. Hi Nisha. Mai ek clinical psychologist hoon aur mai aapki help karna chahti hoon. Aap chahiye toh mujhse ek live session mai bhi baat kar sakte ho. Apne bhawnaye kisi trusted dost ya family member se share karein taaki aapko emotional support mil sake. Self-care pe focus karein, jaise ki achhi neend lena, accha khana aur regular exercise karna. Ek daily routine establish karein taaki aapko din mein structure aur purpose mile. Mindfulness, meditation, ya yoga practice karein stress reduce karne ke liye. Isolation avoid karein aur apne friends aur family ke saath connected rahein, chahe texts ya calls ke through ho. Stress ke sources identify karein aur unhe kam karne ki koshish karein, aur tasks ko manageable steps mein divide karein. Apni hobbies aur interests mein engage karein jo aapko khushi de sakti hain. Yaad rakhein, recovery time leti hai, isliye apne aap ke saath patient rahein aur chhoti progress ko acknowledge karein.

hi there, what a lovely question. the perspective on love and dating varies widely among us people. Love can be seen as a powerfu,l conquering force whereas dating is just a reflection of different attitudes and experiences. One may lead to the other, but it can only happen if you have a strong emotional bonding, mutual respect and continuous personal growth with shared dreams.
