هنا كل مايخص العيش بحياه صحيه وايجابيه لتحمل ضغوط الحياه والتغلب على مصاعبها
انا دائما مش قادره اعمل اي حاجه زهقانه من كل حاجه ومخنوقه علي طول ودائما بتعصب من اقل حاجه اولادي بيعملوها وبعدين ارجع أعاتب نفسي انا اتعصبت عليهم كل ده ليه دايما حاسه اني ماليش لزمه وزهقت من اللي انا فيه ومش عندي أصحاب اعرف اكلمهم أو أخرج معاهم ومش بثقك في حد بسهوله اني اتكلم معاه بكون عاوزه اتكلم بس في نفس الوقت مش لاقيه الليل اعرف احكيله كل حاجه وبخاف اني أتفهم غلط ومشاعري تتفهم غلط مش عارفه اعمل ايه ممكن مساعده من حد

خدى نفس كدا وابتدى فكرى ايه اكتر حاجه مزعلاكى بجد واكتبها فى ورقه وبعدين اكتبى الاقل اهميه ثم الاقل اهميه وقصاد كل واحده حط فكره ممكن لو حد مكانك يقولها واقفل الورقه وبعد ساعتين روحى افتحيها اقريها وشوف احساسك هيكون ايه واختلف ازاى عن أول ماكتبت قوليلى
