Hata yapmaktan çok korkutan bir eğitim sisteminden geliyoruz. Sonuçta 3 yanlış 1 doğruyu götürdü ve bu “aman aman sakın hata yapmiyim”bilincini geliştirdi bizde. Hayat pratiği ise tam tersi hatalar yapıp öğrenmek zorunda olduğumuz, hata yapmakla barışmalıyız çünkü hatalar bize öğrenme ve en önemlisi Deneyim pratiği getiriyor. ve Hata kelimesi genellikle “suçlama”içeriyor. aileler genellikle “bunu yapman,Büyük hata!” dediğinde suçlama,yetersizlik,ben beceriksizim,başarısızlıktan çok korkma gibi kararlar almamıza sebep oluyor.adım atamamıza ve ÖZ’(e)GÜVEN eksikliği aslında kişinin “hata yapmakla okey olamama durumundan adım atamaması” . “Hata yaptım yerine; Bu bir DENEYİMDİ, ve bunu yaşamış olmak bana kendimle ilgili şunları öğretti”demek çok daha güzel🌸 #motivasyon #hatayapmakorkusu #yaşamkoçluğu
