And at other times, limits are imposed on us by the ecosystem. The first step of challenging these limits( self imposed or otherwise) is recognising them. And that happens through discussion, dialogue and debate. Let’s do this !

Hi. You need to Trust your partner to share your past with him if you have any doubts of he becoming judgemental then you need to reconsider. Talk to some whom you can trust. very important however bad your past has been it's Over... gone for good. So why do you want to keep thinking about it and torture yourself....

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas......so please don't let your past ruin yors future. if you have any doubt that this will not go well with your partner, then no need to tell, if it is not causing him any harm. As for yourself, you can get help and heal your past traumas, or talk to a trusted friend and deal with it.

the best person to share your trauma wounds is the universe.. I am not sure if you believe in the supreme power but my clients and my self have experienced tremendous results by identifying the root cause of traumas and surrendering them to the universe using healing techniques.
