Live in relationships are sooooo exiting and I'm too excited for it obviously. Who doesn't want to be with their lives one 24X7 . Although it brings major concerns like whill do what?? Like dishes and laundry and dog walks but it's good. The thing I'm most worried is.. is it like relatively cheaper or more expensive to live in ? It depends. It's not cheaper or expensive. It's fin3. However if u divide the expenses then the burden is less.

Mulainya dari yang ringan dulu, kayak jalan kaki atau senam di rumah. Bikin jadwal tetap, tapi jangan kelewat ambisius. Cari temen atau kelompok yang bisa kasih dukungan. Dan yang paling penting, nikmatin prosesnya dan jangan terlalu keras sama diri sendiri, biar nggak cepet nge-drop semangatnya!

Whenever I exercise, I get a sharp pain in my back and it continues all day long. Its really unbearable. It only happens when I exercise otherwise it doesnt. Any idea on what should I do about this?
Change the workout for a few weeks and focus on steady-state cardio along with some core strengthening stability work. Seems like either your core isn’t engaged and putting undue stress on your back or you have an injury that needs recovery. Either way, shifting focus to strengthening and engaging the core will help in both cases…. I’ll share a few stability moves here shortly and hope that helps. If the pain persists please see a good chiropractor to align your posture and recognize muscle weakness that needs focus
Hi there, I hope you are well. Here are some reasons for the same. 1) You may be doing a given exercise wrong. 2) You probably have an injury which is triggered on exercising. 3) You aren't giving your body, and muscles enough rest. 4) You aren't providing your body adequate nutrition post a workout. 5) You may have hurt yourself, previously :) 6) Vitamin D, calcium Deficiency is possible. Check with a doctor before you resume workouts, you may need some physiotherapy.
