hello, my boyfriend says we should try live in. we have been together for 3 years now. Do couples last longer if they live together before marriage? Because I am not ready but if it's good for our relationship....

If you are not ready please dont rush to it, take your time, its not a hard fast rule that relationship lasts longer with live in rather it can also be vice versa and it can also lead to breakups, what is needed is mutual work and willingness to make it work but if you are not ready it will make things difficult for you and your partner

Hi there! Hope you are doing well. There’s no such thing as a relationship lasting longer if the couple is in a sure shot live in. It may or may not last, living in doesn’t have anything to do with it. If you are not ready for a live in yet, communicate it to your partner assertively. Try not to take steps you are not completely on the same page on.

the relationship duration did not depend on whether you have lived together or not. one couple who lived together can breakup real soon due to incompatibility but some who have not can last longer

So firstly staying in live in relationship does not guarantee if your marriage will work out. Secondly if you aren't ready then do it, no point doing something where you will not able to do it willingly.
