Healthy eating is one of the trends that generate the most food-related innovations in the world each year. This has been going on for a few decades and it will certainly continue to be the case for some time to come. As science continually evolves, we learn more every day about the impact of our diet on our current and future health which plays out in the food market. In fact, the very definition of a healthy diet is changing.

I try and get things right 80% of the time. Then there are days when you’ll find me devouring a whole bowl of hummus or maybe a few scoops of ice cream.. all of which imbalances my gut and cause IBS. So here are a few ways in which I heal my gut after a day or few :P of indulgence. 1. FAST.. a prolonged fast of anywhere from 12 to 24 hours is a great way to reset your gut. Add an empty stomach workout session to quicken the gut microbiome resetting. 2. I have a scoop of high-quality collagen + 1/4 spoon of cold-pressed coconut oil in warm water before bed. (this is during the fasted state) 3. Start my day with a liter of water + 1/4th spoon of Himalyan salt and 2 capsules TBCo. The thing is I love to eat and explore food as much as I can. But it messes with my tummy big time. so this is a big help. ❤️
