Don’t navigate- just be quiet observer- be careful of what u say and what you indulge in wrt the gossip and politics. Kaam se kaam rakho and if at all you’re dragged, pull in an innocent cry of war… thodi acting kar lena… basically keep as away as u can- make people feel ur a spoilsport- that will work in ur favour only 😉

I've noticed my close group of friends can get quite competitive with each other at times. They'll one-up each other's accomplishments, make snide remarks about jobs/appearances, and there's an underlying tension of trying to be the "best" friend. Is this typical competitive behavior that happens in female friendships or is this level of passive aggression a red flag?
So even I have my girl gang and we are a trio. We definitely have way many arguments and conflicts however we never had this thing to be ahead of each other. We always wished to get success together. So I think this is definitely a red flag and u should avoid being a part of such group

are men really loyal to only a single women???
Dear Vaish, it's unfair to generalise 😊 It's a very wide open ended question and when it comes to loyalty, every person has their own take on it. Each person has a personalized view about loyalty. This depends on their own choices in life and relationships. Feel free to DM me with the particular situation and the context pertaining to it. Thanks

In psychology class, I learned that women tend to be more unhappy in marriage than men. Do you think that is true, and why? @RC_Mayanka
I think both male and female can be unhappy in marriage. Why they say girls/females because when they are at home alone, they might think about so much of insecurities in life. In this cycle of imagination they can think of any worst case. But nowadays girls have so much to do they don't think much about husband, family issues etc. Now if the male sees a successful smart female partner he is either jealous or insecure. On the other hand if the female partner is simple he might compare her with other female colleagues. Thus became insecure in his Married life.

My friends doesn't include me in their plans and they also back bitch about me. I feel pathetic. What should I do ? @Vanilla Girl

Feeling excluded and betrayed by friends can be incredibly painful. It's important to prioritize your well-being and surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. Consider having an honest conversation with your friends about how you're feeling. Express your concerns calmly and assertively, and listen to their perspective as well. If they are unwilling to change their behavior or dismiss your feelings, it may be time to reassess the friendship and distance yourself from toxic relationships. Focus on nurturing relationships with individuals who appreciate and value you for who you are. Invest your time and energy in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, whether it's pursuing hobbies, spending time with supportive family members, or making new friends who share your interests and values. Remember that you deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, and it's okay to prioritize your own well-being by distancing yourself from negative influences.
Identify what is in your control? Bitching by your friends or feeling pathetic. So it's very simple..Act on things which are in your control. Reply me in thread then I can help you further.

One of my male manager’s behaved differently with me because of my conservative nature. I wasn’t dressing up and behaving as fancy as his requirements were, if you know what I mean. As a result, Im targeted in everything. I'm now fed up of this and want everything to stop. @Careertherapiet
Hi! This is a tough situation. While you are fed up, see if you can take the load of being you and wanting to be like someone else , who is fancy and things like that? It's not to copy but to imitate the characteristics of people who are like that? It's to get put of your comfort zone and see what you can do. Of course you can come being you, anytime you want, that liberty is up to you! Think about this, and get back..idea is not to feel , see how he is doing, but to adapt to the characteristics not dress to show iff etc, but to dress differently may be ? Have an image consultant to see how they can help you...look into it.For success, it may matter...Tc, Preethq
