Hey, why feel lonely when you have a excellent company of yourself! What is it that's really bothering you? time to introspect. First and foremost connect with yourself, accept yourself. Be kind to yourself and stop being judgemental and critical to small mistakes you make. Identify small things that make you happy, walks, listening to music or a cold shower?? Do that more often. Reach out to some one who needs help, when you help someone you will experience peace within . Express gratitude for all that you have been blessed with.... TC

Hey! I completely understand your feeling of being lonely..because we all do feel like this at some point of our day..but then it vanishes when we find out loved ones around. But in your case i think you should discover the roots to your these feelings. You can connect with me on my live session or can DM me for further details.

Making genuine connections takes time, you have to invest emotionally and nurture a relationship. start forming the kind of bond you desire by being that person first. the most important would be to develop that kind of bond with yourself first. when you are happy with yourself own self, the feelings of lonliness will not bother

Every human needs company. But it’s important for you to understand what is it that you are longing for.. even adopting a pet sometimes helps in the healing. Also the satisfaction of giving the pet a home..

See AllI am a mother and an educator in charter schools and ABC Youth Foundation. I host several podcast it's a huge passion of mine and I also produce I strongly feel that empathy is the glue of humanity and without it what do we have for understanding one another and being kind toward one another is what keeps Us human it's what makes it work and without it what can possibly get better you must hold on to that and remember and show it where it's needed so that people can know what it is and be able to show that same to others connecting and growing with others is within the foundations of empathy that's how the world gets better so we can understand we don't have to directly know one another we must be that change and it starts with us, we must be the change we want to see!more
