Hi Hina, not only you but all of us face this issue atleast once twice or multiple times when we are in a fitness journey. Understand that for you “loving” the fact that you’ll be in a better shape once you start is more important than to procastinate your growth. Fall in love w the process. Also you can join some classes like yoga or zumba. MDNIY is one such example, start a foundation course from there and see growth welcoming you w wide hands open, hope that helped ❤️

Hello, this could be because of your diet, or the momentum that you are at in your daily lifestyle, try to either increase or decrease either of them and check your progress after a week or so. Also don’t be focused on your inches too notice the changes there to 🙌🏻

Need to get to this mentally & emotionally cz I still come from the stereotypical where only the lean type is pretty , actually your post reminds me the hot type is pretty too …. The much needed full body warm up & opening in the most candid way with the one and only Teistaa R Kanal ( my daughter for those dont know) …. This is divided in upper , mid and lower sections of your body so that it’s organised for you to remember and get that full body opening and movement while you actually work out…. Also we performed every exercise 10 to 12 reps …. Do you guys warm up enough before you workout?
