i m studying mbbs 2nd year. still i dint properly make frends or a very gud girl bestie who supports me in every proper way. i lack confidence, enjoyment, mental physical support . and i only gain defective college life and stressful days
I understand that the studies can get very exhausti g at times leaving you with no time to find meaningful friendships. Also are you a person who is very perfection oriented, because if you are then you have a lot of expectations from a friend, which people your age might not be able to deliver, so you feel lost . so just lose up a little, and try to be a good friend first before you look for one.
Answer
is it normal to cry alone at night?? and not share your problems with anyone?? is this a sign of strongness or weakness??
Instead of categorising this behaviour into strength or weakness, let's try to understand why it's happening and navigate through it together. Do join our psychologist on their live sessions
Answer
What is the psychology behind a breakup?? Why do people do it??
Hi I hope you're doing well 💗 Breakups often stem from unmet emotional needs, incompatibilities, or changes in personal growth and priorities. Psychologically, they are influenced by factors such as communication issues, loss of trust, or a sense of being unfulfilled in the relationship. Breakups can also occur due to external stressors or unresolved personal insecurities. While painful, they can be an opportunity for self-reflection, healing, and ultimately finding healthier connections that align with one’s values and needs.
Answer
hi Team it's jeet here from India (hyd) rather doing all the cores at home and work.place gtg stressed out .guys help me out before it's too late
Hey Jeet, thank you for reaching out. Breathe girl, that is the mantra....in our everyday struggle to sray on top of things we actually forget to breath deeply, so please take a deep breath. Next would be to make a list of the chores you are doing at home and at work and prioritize, not everything needs to be done today, see what you can defer by a few days and what is actually not needed. And most importantly in this list a date with yourself everyday should be a priority. reach out further if you feel so.
Answer
love yourself is it the most difficult thing to do ???
Hey, actually it is the most easy and stress free thing to do, but according the the societal conditioning we are made to believe that if you love yourself, you are selfish and don't care about others. This mindset then makes it a very difficult thing to do. When you are flying the instructions are that in case of emergency first put oxygen for yourself and then help others, in the same way we should first love ourselves and then others. How will you give something to others that you don't have?
Answer
How do you keep calm when you are in a freky situation?
Hello, thank you for posting your question. Could you please clarify the freaky situation better for my understanding, and what happens when you are experiencing something like that, like fast breathing, fast pulse, etc. However the most basic thing you can do in any disturbing situation is to consciously take deep breaths, as you do this you will see that your breathing will become regulated and you will feel calm.

🌟"Character Counts"🌟 🌈Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there.... Famous quote by. .John Wooden What does this mean..... Success often begins with our talents and abilities. These are the skills that get us noticed, earn us promotions, and help us achieve our goals. However, reaching the top is just one part of the journey. Staying there is another story entirely. It’s easy to focus on developing our capabilities, constantly striving to be the best at what we do. We often overlook the fact that it’s not just ability that matters in the long run. Character—the way we treat others, how we handle challenges, and the values we live by—is what truly defines us. Imagine someone with incredible talent but poor character. Their success may be short-lived because, eventually, people see through the facade. On the other hand, someone who leads with integrity, treats others with respect, and stands by their principles, even in tough times, earns lasting respect and trust. That’s the kind of success that endures. So, while it’s important to hone your skills and continue growing professionally, never forget to nurture your character. It’s the foundation that will support your achievements, keep you grounded, and help you navigate the inevitable ups and downs of life. #SuccessJourney #CharacterOverTalent #LeadershipWithIntegrity #LongTermSuccess #ValuesDriven #StayGrounded #LeadByExample #PersonalGrowth #InnerStrength #MindsetAndCharacter

How My Husband Handles Comments About My Bodybuilding As a female bodybuilder, I’ve faced comments about my muscular physique, and my husband, less muscular than I am, often becomes a target too. People say things like, “Dude, your wife looks manly and muscular. How can you accept this?” Instead of defending or feeling insulted, my husband simply accepts the comments with humor, replying, “Oh yeah, she is very muscular. She can definitely beat me; I don’t mess with her. I just obey what she says.” This tactic is effective because it: 1.Diffuses the Situation: By agreeing, my husband disarms the people making the comments. Their goal is usually to provoke a defensive reaction or engage in a prolonged discussion. His acceptance removes the power from their words and ends the conversation quickly. 2.Shows Confidence: His responses reflect his confidence and security in our relationship. He doesn’t feel the need to prove his masculinity or control over me to anyone, leaving the commenters at a loss for words. 3.Uses Humor: Humor lightens the mood and shows he doesn’t take the comments seriously. This makes it difficult for others to continue their teasing. 4.Demonstrates Support: His approach demonstrates deep respect and support for my bodybuilding journey. By acknowledging my strength and achievements, he reinforces the positive aspects of my dedication and hard work. This dynamic relies on psychological insight. People often tease because they expect to provoke a reaction. When my husband responds with acceptance and humor, he breaks this expected pattern, leaving them without a foothold for further teasing. This strategy is empowering for anyone facing similar situations. Accepting and owning the comments, rather than defending against them, can neutralize negativity and showcase confidence. It’s about understanding that others’ opinions don’t define us and that our self-worth isn’t tied to conforming to societal expectations.

don't eat this you will get cholesterol don't eat this you will get diabetes and don't eat that your BP will shoot ..all this has is too much to handle to the women of today, not following a normal healthy diet and following starving diets women are suffering
Unfortunately yes, this is a reality. The thing is that we women have to love ourselves unconditionally, accept ourselves as we are withh all our flaws and awesomeness. Once we are comfortable in your skin, you radiate a kind of aura that make others also accept you, respect you, and love you. Just do whatever feels comfortable for you and you body, mind , and soul be it eating ice-creams or chole bhature😃

I host several podcast it's a huge passion of mine and I also produce I strongly feel that empathy is the glue of humanity and without it what do we have for understanding one another and being kind toward one another is what keeps Us human it's what makes it work and without it what can possibly get better you must hold on to that and remember and show it where it's needed so that people can know what it is and be able to show that same to others connecting and growing with others is within the foundations of empathy that's how the world gets better so we can understand we don't have to directly know one another we must be that change and it starts with us, we must be the change we want to see!more
