I need help! Why do I feel so empty? I’m not sure if I’m depressed but I feel like there is something I am missing in life but I don’t know what it is. I cry for know reason, and sometimes I just want everything to stop. I need some advice please. #counsellingnearme #psychotherapists
Feeling empty means that what you are doing in life right now has no meaning.. To have a meaning in life means that what you are doing is for bigger purpose.. First step to deal with this is asking yourself why am I doing what I do now? Try to volunteer in any community... These will make an impact in your wellbeing

لو انت سريع الغضب، فاعرف ان ورا الغضب ده مشاعر تانية مكبوتة.. ممكن تكون حزن، أو يأس أو إحساس بالظلم.. . علشان تبتدي تعالج الغضب ده.. ١.افهم نفسك و افهم ايه المواقف اللي بتخلي الغضب يظهر.. ٢.اعمل pause.. اعرف ان الغضب مش بيحل حاجة بالعكس ممكن يتسبب في مشاكل تانية ٣.اعمل ليستة بالحاجات اللي تساعدك تهدي، علشان تكون حاضرة في ذهنك لما المشاعر دي تتحرك جواك... #wellbeing #EmotionalHealth #selfleadership #healthyhabits #stressless #healthychoices #monaelhadidy

كتير بلاقي ناس الحمد لله في الجلسات عندهم الوعي الخاص بالself love و ال self care بس في صورة من حبك لنفسك، كتير بينسوها هو إنك تبتدي تاخد خطوات تجاه حاجة عايزيين يوصلوها.. زي خسارة وزن.. تعلم حاجة جديدة.. حفظ سورة من القرآن ممكن الهدف يكون كبير... بس بلاش نستهون بالخطوات الصغيرة... ٦ دروس مهمة في الحياة : 1.Never ignore red flags in Relationships أغلب العلاقات الred flags بتكون واضحة بس احنا بختار مانشوفهاش 2.Be a giver but set your boundaries فرق كبير انك تكون معطاء و ما بين انك توصل لمرحلة الأستنزاف 3. It is OK if you make a mistake احترم انك بشر ،كلنا بنغلط عادي، المهم تفهم و تتعلم 4.Acceptance is the key to healthy relationships تقبل انك فكرة ان مش كل الناس شبهك بطريقة تفكيرك و أسلوب حياتك 5.Always remind yourself with the good in people فكر نفسك دايما بالحلو خاصة في الناس المهمة في حياتك ،علشان ده اللي بيخليك تعدي حاجات كتير 6.Take care of your self talk كلامنا مع نفسنا بيشكل جزء كبير جدا من سلوكنا و حالتنا النفسية.. فلو كلامك مع نفسك كله تأنيب و تقليل من نفسك، للأسف ده مش هيوصلك لحتة كويسة ايه اكتر حاجة شايف انها فارقة معاك؟! 🤔 #mentalwellbeing #selfleadership #monaelhadidy
