I need help! Why do I feel so empty? I’m not sure if I’m depressed but I feel like there is something I am missing in life but I don’t know what it is. I cry for know reason, and sometimes I just want everything to stop. I need some advice please. #counsellingnearme #psychotherapists

Feeling empty means that what you are doing in life right now has no meaning.. To have a meaning in life means that what you are doing is for bigger purpose.. First step to deal with this is asking yourself why am I doing what I do now? Try to volunteer in any community... These will make an impact in your wellbeing

Maybe the death of your baby is a sign that this marriage is not for you. I hope you are healed and find peace. Start with positive thinking. Hi there radiant being! I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist and can hopefully help you with these issues whenever we have a chat together but till then I would love to share some tips which can help reduce some anxiety. My favourite way to reduce anxiety is the box breathing method in which you breathe in for 4 seconds. Holld the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help in sleeping problems too. Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. If you are introvert, that might be your way of recharging. It's okay as long as it doesn't affect you emotionally. I would say, atleast having a support system and spending time with them once a week is important. And it would also be better if you go out for walk or gym or grocery store for 30 mins a day even by yourself is okay. But that's good for your mental health.

Apne bhawnaye kisi trusted dost ya family member se share karein taaki aapko emotional support mil sake. Self-care pe focus karein, jaise ki achhi neend lena, accha khana aur regular exercise karna. Ek daily routine establish karein taaki aapko din mein structure aur purpose mile. Mindfulness, meditation, ya yoga practice karein stress reduce karne ke liye. Isolation avoid karein aur apne friends aur family ke saath connected rahein, chahe texts ya calls ke through ho. Stress ke sources identify karein aur unhe kam karne ki koshish karein, aur tasks ko manageable steps mein divide karein. Apni hobbies aur interests mein engage karein jo aapko khushi de sakti hain. Yaad rakhein, recovery time leti hai, isliye apne aap ke saath patient rahein aur chhoti progress ko acknowledge karein.

Also, looks like you don't want to communicate your doubts ans fears with him. Wanting space is healthy and it would also be good if you also have things out of relationship, it helps you both grow.
