what is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning have tea or coffee or drink one liter water
A couple of glasses of mineral water 💧 one of them with fresh lemon 🍋 meditation + shower + facial yoga. And then maybe some breakfast but I agree on not starting your day right away with coffee ☕️

I personally like waking up to peaceful silence, slowly emerging from sleep's fog. Suddenly, your roommate bursts in, full of energy and noise. In a world that values constant activity, shouldn't we normalize quiet mornings? Allowing ourselves and others the space to wake up gently could make for calmer starts to the day. So, why not embrace the tranquility of those early moments? Then again it's just my opinion. How do y'all feel about this ....?
A peaceful morning is the key to a powerful day 🥰

Therapy is always a good choice. Also, someone mentioned journaling and I couldn’t agree more, just get a pad and write everything that’s stuck inside of you ✍️ It doesn’t have to be neat nor organized, it’s just for you. Sometimes, when I feel particularly anxious, I cry as hard and long as I need, allowing it all out until nothing’s left, then I write all the pain and anger onto the page and I burn it or tear it into pieces, it gives you a huge relief and releases the negative emotions. Then I write myself a love letter or just a few lines of hope and motivation, of care and encouragement… I hope it gets better, you are not alone ♥️

I've noticed a change in myself lately. Despite enduring a year-long struggle for life, I've become more talkative, happier, and accessible. However, I've reached a point where I no longer experience heightened happiness or excitement for anything special. While I'm not entirely sad or stressed, my parents and those around me often comment that I seem more stressed and less joyful than before. My father even suggests I consider therapy. Is seeking therapy the right approach, or should I explore other options?
A therapy is always a good choice and something we should all consider from time to time. In any case it can only improve things, so you have nothing to lose. I hope it all works out 🙏🏼❤️

Hello everyone... is it okay to meet your male friend after getting married?? recently I got a message of reunion and I really want to join them, but I also know things get messy if I go there
I think it’s totally fine if it’s just a friend, you should trust each other, that’s the base of marriage. Would you be fine with your husband meeting with a female friend? If the answer is yes, then there is no difference the other way around. I also agree that in case of a doubt you can talk to your husband and check with him, to see how he feels.

For more than a year now I’ve been having migraines with my period, it never happened before. Can anyone relate? How do you deal with it?
Fluctuations in hormones, stress and even changes in your diet or other lifestyle schedules around this time might cause the migraines. Sometime something as simple as regularly drinking water can help with managing the migraines/headaches. Personally, I get migraines on occasion, if I am unable to manage it with proper food and water, I take a painkiller. But if they are frequent consider checking in with your doctor.

Things don’t always work out as planned… Have you ever experienced a true failure when traveling? Or maybe it ended up being a true blessing? Can’t wait to hear your stories 🙈🤸🏼♀️💯
Absolutely, you captured it well. Sometimes, things don't go according to plan initially, which can be challenging. However, as time goes on, everything tends to fall into place and turn out alright in the end. It's all about embracing the journey and trusting that things will eventually work out as they should.

Stigma surrounding mental health creates a significant barrier by discouraging individuals from seeking help due to fear of judgment or discrimination. Additionally, limited access to affordable mental health services, as well as a shortage of qualified professionals, further exacerbate the challenge of obtaining adequate care. Addressing stigma and increasing access to affordable mental health resources are essential steps in breaking down these barriers and ensuring that everyone can access the support they need for their mental well-being. #talktosomeonetalktoangel #letstalk #letstalkaboutmentalhealth #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #letsshare
I think it’s all of those, depending on each individual person and their background, circumstances, etc. For me it used to be not knowing where to start, but thanks to communities like this one it’s so much easier 🙏🏼

I like #google reminders like these. Well on a serious note, if you are planning to trek in the summers, even if it is a day trek just keep these things in mind! 1. Hydration: Carry plenty of water to stay hydrated, especially in hot weather. 2. Sun protection: Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun. 3. Clothing: Choose lightweight, breathable clothing that covers your skin to protect against sunburn and insects. 4. Timing: Start early in the morning to avoid the hottest part of the day. 5. Rest breaks: Take frequent breaks in shaded areas to rest and cool down. 6. Plan routes with water sources: Ensure your route includes access to water sources for refilling your bottles. 7. Pack light: Carry only essentials to reduce the weight you need to carry in the heat. 8. Know the signs of heat-related illnesses: Be aware of symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and fatigue, and know how to treat them. 9. Choose shaded trails: Opt for routes that offer shade from trees or terrain features to escape direct sunlight. 10. Inform someone about your trek: Always let someone know your itinerary and expected return time for safety purposes. These tiny tips are generic but we tend to forget! Happy Trekking! #trekking #womentrekking #hiking #womenwhohike https://www.instagram.com/tanhadiltraveller/
