I've noticed a change in myself lately. Despite enduring a year-long struggle for life, I've become more talkative, happier, and accessible. However, I've reached a point where I no longer experience heightened happiness or excitement for anything special. While I'm not entirely sad or stressed, my parents and those around me often comment that I seem more stressed and less joyful than before. My father even suggests I consider therapy. Is seeking therapy the right approach, or should I explore other options?

A therapy is always a good choice and something we should all consider from time to time. In any case it can only improve things, so you have nothing to lose. I hope it all works out 🙏🏼❤️

Therapy is always a good choice. But plz stay strong and try to find joy in small things you like. Follow your passion or try to spend time with your loved ones and you will definitely see a change in yourself
