hey! the reason you feel stressed is because due to the night shift, unfortunately you are working against the natural body rhythm which is to wake up with the rising Sun and Sleep with the setting Sun. Since how long are you in the night shift? the body has now gone into a coping mechanism where it is giving you signals to sleep when the body requires (which is at night) . Usually you may need two months atleast for the body to accept the opposite which is to sleep during day and stay awake during night.

The best thing you can do to come out of your lethargy is to do something that you like as a hobby. It boosts our interest. Meditation is the best remedy to relieve stress. Go to YouTube find some soothing wordings and music will make you calm and compost.
