Weather can influence mental health in various ways. Seasonal changes, such as lack of sunlight during winter, may contribute to conditions like seasonal affective disorder (SAD), causing mood changes and fatigue. Conversely, sunny days and increased exposure to natural light can positively impact mood by promoting the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter linked to well-being. Extreme weather events may also induce stress and anxiety. Overall, while weather alone doesn't determine mental health, it can play a role in mood and well-being.
