Is it normal to feel lost during transitions of life?? I have to move abroad for my furtyer studies but I am kinda scared because I know once I leave, my home will not be HOME anymore. it will just be a place i come back to once a year. The responsibilities will incfease 10x. I am kind of hesitant whether I should go or not
Hello there, I'm a clinical psychologist and I would like to tell you that it is okay feeling lost during major life transitions but feeling hesitant is a part of the process. You should acknowledge these feelings but at the same time consider the amount of growth and opportunity that will come through this transition. These opportunities can help you grow in a way you might not have expected. Also, I truly believe that home is where people we love are and missing them is unavoidable, so try and stay connect with them. Overwhelmed responsibilities can be handled and managed , one step at a time. Hope this helps and we talk more about this soon in a live session.

So recently my boyfriend went somewhere far away for some work purposes. He felt so sad that he has to live without me for a month now. But I feel so guilty that I am actually relieved that he is going away for some time. I do feel guilty feeling this. Is it normal to feel like this? Of is something wrong?

I'll be moving soon to live with my boyfriend. What are some things I should do and look out for?
major concern is financially security, if this one is perfect then you can handle any type of situation... All the Best...
Regularly check in with each other to discuss how things are going. Agree on basic household rules, create a chore list to ensure tasks are shared fairly, discuss finances and split costs evenly, ensure both of you have some private space, include time for shared activities, approach compromises with a positive attitude & plan for conflict resolution- focus on the issue and not on the person.

Okay, so I wasn't raised super traditionally Indian. My parents immigrated when they were young, and we assimilated pretty quickly. But lately, I've been feeling a disconnect from that part of my heritage. I want to learn more about Indian music, food, and customs, but honestly, I feel a little intimidated. Any tips on how to reconnect with my roots without feeling like a complete outsider in my own culture?

My husband is stey in Dubai for job last 3 year to personal life spend karne ke liye kya kru boy frind or any other solution please suggest me
I suggest dont break your husband trust, sure you can make new friends, go out, try knowing your passion(dance, music, art), join sports club, gym, side hustle and a part time job, meeting new people is great but a romantic relationship will definitely be cheating

Rent, groceries, utilities - you gotta shoulder the whole dang burden. Imagine all the boba tea you could buy if you had a roommate to split costs with!
