Ensure you are prepared for the exam. Meditate during the days when you have exams. Do not entertain any negative thought. Put in your best efforts, that's what is in your control not the result.Remind your self about this

Hi Aaabha. It’s normal to feel anxious before exams. I can understand it can bring lots of thoughts , feelings and sensations. Here are some steps that you can take 1) Relax and ground yourself frequently throughout the day and even before and during the exam - long inhale and exhale , an exercise called Progressive Muscle relaxation ( it’s guided method, you will find videos on YouTube ) take small breaks between studying and take frequent breaks , and listening to calming music might be helpful. Since the exam is on the very next day, we can focus more on relaxing and going through the study material with ease versus the pressure of what’s gonna happen.
