Hi A very good morning. You can sell your scrunchies on any online platform or offline. This is the right month, as it is valentines week. You can approach any gift shops or have a small Exibition.

You can start with creating your catalogue online. make short videos with your scrunchies in different hairstyles and matching different outfits. post these videos in different groups and share your link to buy. whenever, someone buys from you request them for a pic or video of themselves wearing your product. you can also participate in local flea markets.

How do i cope with the fear of judgements for my choices and likings?? Because i do not seem to like what others do, but i fear it will leave me rejected
Anonymous5d
hi there, coping with the fear of judgment for your choices and liking can be challenging but it is important to also be authentic and at peace with your mental well-being. I am a clinical psychologist and I can help you with this situation. for starters, I would love for you to practice some internal self-validation wherein you can cultivate habits of validating your own feelings rather than being dependent on other people. using positive affirmations can be one of the ways. we can also move ahead and help reframe our beliefs and values. I hope to see you in a live session to discuss this further. Stay strong queen!

this happened to me recently, and it stung a lot. I made a decision about my career that goes against some traditional expectations in my community, and let's just say some aunties were not happy! It's tough to feel judged by your own people. How do you all deal with criticism from your cultural background, especially when it dotyczy [dotyczy - Polish means 'concerns' or 'relates to'] your lifestyle choices?
Anonymous3d
Hi there, firstly, I'm proud of you to make those tough decisions and as a clinical psychologist. I would love to help you out with your question. I understand how judgment from people we love and surround us can impact our mental health the Sting indeed hurts because of the emotional weight they carry. Practicing self-compassion is key- you made a choice that aligns with your values and your aspirations, even if there are different from the society's. Another thing that can help is finding individuals with a similar mindset. Having an open dialogue with family members can help but it is essential to also maintain boundaries. Hence, mutual understanding and respect is primal. Please remember the person growth requires stepping out of our comfort zone. Best of luck for all your endeavors and I hope to see you soon in a live session.

I want to be true to myself, but it clashes with how I was raised. How do I find a balance? How do you live authentically when your upbringing instilled different values? Feeling stuck between who you are and what's expected – any tips for finding your own path?
Hello , This inner conflict is very distressing. You can find some middle ground to it which wont impact your own feelings and the ethics part as well .

Can Rakhi be black? I found this really cool black Rakhi, but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate. Can Rakhi be black, or is there some tradition that says it shouldn’t be? I don’t want to mess up any customs.
No if you are wanting to tie this on your brother's hand as it considered as auspicious symbol for safety and security ... consider Red, orange, yellow colours for this day.

I love wearing black, but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate for Diwali. Is it okay to wear black during Diwali, or should I choose something more colorful? I want to respect the traditions and make sure I’m dressed appropriately for the celebrations. What do you all think about wearing black for Diwali?
Hi, dear I suggest u Diwali is a big and lightening festival and we all invite& worship of godess Lakshmi so we should wear colourful dresses.

How can I honor my heritage and not hurt the feelings of my family while also embracing my modern lifestyle??
Hello anonymous, I'm Krisha Sanghvi, a counselling psychologist here to help. Balancing your heritage with a modern lifestyle can be challenging, but it's possible to honor both. Start by finding common ground where you can incorporate both traditional and modern elements into your life. This could mean celebrating cultural festivals while also pursuing contemporary hobbies or interests. Your feelings are important, and with understanding and communication, you can create a life that respects your heritage and embraces your modern lifestyle.
