I'm a BE graduate. 2021 passed out. worked in 2 companies. one is GET role and the other is multiple responsibilities in a startup company. now the startup is not functioning. but I love the work. I had been part of a management team, I took role as a team lead for development team, design team and interns as well. Even I did HR works like prepared aptitude questions for round 1, interviewed candidates, prepared documents like offer letters for candidates and agreements for clients as well. then, as per MD's request I became part of chief department. but all the work I've done in startup is all by myself. now, I wanted to work under an experienced person. I want to know if I can get a chance here.
