A place for women to discuss the challenges faced by them, when they want to restart their career.
I wish that this was not even a question anymore. Why do women have to be different than men in the workplace? Isn’t there enough historical information that documents that gender does not define a person’s abilities? What is one thing you wish more people knew about women in the workplace?

One thing I wish more people knew about women in the workplace is that diversity of perspectives, skills, and experiences enhances overall team effectiveness. Recognizing and valuing these contributions creates a more inclusive and productive work environment.

Hey @Preetha_Balakrishnan I'm a young professional struggling to navigate office politics and advance in my career. How can I stand out and achieve my professional goals?
At work, I sometimes feel subtle prejudice based on my caste or gender. It's uncomfortable, but I'm scared to speak up for fear of losing my job. How can I handle workplace discrimination without jeopardizing my career? Maybe talking to a trusted senior colleague or HR representative can help navigate the situation. There might also be legal resources available to protect my rights.
