I wish that this was not even a question anymore. Why do women have to be different than men in the workplace? Isn’t there enough historical information that documents that gender does not define a person’s abilities? What is one thing you wish more people knew about women in the workplace?

One thing I wish more people knew about women in the workplace is that diversity of perspectives, skills, and experiences enhances overall team effectiveness. Recognizing and valuing these contributions creates a more inclusive and productive work environment.
