Me and my partner had an arranged marriage. We went for honeymoon for 2 weeks but since it was arranged, we weren't able to enjoy it fully. We aren't able to understand each other well and feel there should be more time for us. I sometimes get anxious over him for not understanding me. Then I feel it's not his fault also. So I told him that we should have gone for honeymoon for longer time to get alone time and mingle with each other. Please tell me How long is the honeymoon phase?

Theres no timeline but you did the right thing by being honest, instead of giving this name of “honeymoon phase” try working on knowing each other then if you genuinely get to know each other well your honeymoon phase can be forever 🫂

Hi hope you are doing well! I understand that the situation can be challenging. You can try some ways to ignite intimacy and passion! Schedule date nights and intimate moments every once in a while. For example, once a week, schedule an intimate moment, every twice or thrice a month , schedule a date night in which you can decide to go out somewhere or stay in and watch a movie or cook food together, etc. These small gestures can really help you guys strengthen your bond and foster compatibility.

I've heard that the honeymoon phase generally lasts for one to two months but I guess it's all about the two people in the marriage really. The love carries on for decades for real sometimes with the same spark ✨

I feel there's no fixed period for honeymoon phase. It varies from couple to couple and depends on both the partners.

hey arranged marriages can be awkward in the start... don't think too much about honeymoon period and all just give it time to soak
