Hi there, I hope you are well. -You can gift her a bouquet, book a spa session for her, take her for a movie, have lunch/dinner with her. Gift her a dress that she can wear on that day, you can pick a colour that she likes, and if it fits in your budget, you can even gift her a diamond ring or a nice gold chain ✨ - You can even cook for her, sing for her, and give her a good head massage. -I personally feel, everyday is mother's day! they need to be celebrated every single day. I hope this helps! take care ✨✨

You can make her tea or coffee. Along with it you can make pancakes or waffles or besan ka chila or poha

You could make her favorite omelette with a side of crispy bacon or sausage, making her some homemade pancakes with fresh berries and whipped cream, fresh fruit salad, warm croissants with jam, and a freshly brewed pot of her favorite coffee or tea. It's sure to make her feel appreciated and loved!❣️

Is it actually true that maida or refined wheat flour is not good for health? To what extent I should cut it out if its actually not good?
Hi there, I hope you are well. Maida or refined flour doesn't take time to get digested which means it can raise your blood sugar levels quickly, and eventually you will feel hungry soon, it cannot keep you full for long. However, personally, as a qualified nutritionist and Dietitian, I'd not like to group foods as good or bad but rather healthy, and unhealthy. Yes, maida shouldn't be consumed in a regular basis, and you can consume it once in a week, for any one meal, either lunch or dinner , and not both :) excessive intake is to be avoided as it can lead to weight gain, skin issues, digestive issues at a later stage.

I've been daydreaming about turning my passion for baking into something more concrete, like starting a home bakery. The thing is, I'm not quite sure where to begin. I'd love to hear about your experiences or any advice you might have on pursuing this path. From navigating legalities to building a customer base, it seems like there's a lot to figure out, and I'm eager to learn from those who've been there. What challenges did you face, and what steps did you take to establish your home bakery? I'm excited about the idea, but a bit lost on the practicalities.
It's great you want to begin new biz! to begin with get yourself an FSSAI registration. it costs v little but adds to your credibility. as you expand you can also go for an FSSAI license. do you already sell to friends, family , neighbours? that's a good starting point to figure out what your clientele would like and the price points. check out your competition. neighborhood bakeries or other home bakers. try to figure out what items will make you different. you can start with doing a bake sale maybe at a local event and offering tasting samples there as well. collect the names of people who come there and buy and make a small list to reach out to. emphasize on your quality and build.a social media presence with their reviews. this would be a good starting place for you I think. also think about how you will finance the biz, whether it will be a sole proprietorship or any other form and work out these formalities with a CA. s product , marketing, finance and legalities are your start

Did you ever find yourself in a situation where you had to tell your boss why there were Cheerios in your work bag? Like, maybe you were rushing out the door in the morning and grabbed your kid's snack container by mistake? It can be pretty funny trying to explain to your boss why you have kiddie snacks mixed in with your important work stuff. So, have you ever had to have that conversation with your boss?
Thankfully not

Hi there, I hope you are well. If you eat in moderation, you can still manage your cravings, there are no issues with the same :) just ensure to have a sweet once in a while, say once in a week or 10 days. My personal favourites have to be the following - 1) Dark chocolate ( I have 2 pieces of the same once in 4-5 days) 2) Anjeer ( 2 pieces) 3) Dates ( Two pieces) 4) Dates and oats laddoo ( one piece) 5) Fruits yogurt ( I usually like adding banana and berries to my yogurt) 6) Raisins ( 4-5 at a given time) 7) Makhana kheer ( with very little sugar or I sweetened it with 2 dates) 8) Sweet pancakes ( I usually banana to sweeten it and little cinnamon powder) 9) Dried apricots ( 2-3) 10) Chia pudding ( I use very little honey to sweeten it or I simply use fruits to sweeten it ) I hope this helps, take care ✨

it’s valentine’s day and what’s my favourite part? All the chocolates, duh! i’m a sucker for good chocolates and if the opportunity presents itself, i can have a whole box at a go. this day only makes that SO much easier. but that’s also the problem. i’m scared of falling in the rabbit hole of binge eating and whole chocolates are a BIG guilty pleasure for me, i can’t seem find a comfortable space between sufficing my guilty pleasure and over indulging. any thoughts on how i can cope with this?
nanc17d
Just limit yourself to a few pieces at one time and eat the chocolates only when you want to reinforce yourself for doing some hard work or for achieving even small goals in your daily life.
Instead of eating a whole box at once, limit yourself to a few pieces. Enjoy the chocolates mindfully, savoring each bite. Find healthier alternatives or substitute smaller treats to satisfy your cravings. Keep yourself busy with activities or distractions to avoid constant snacking. Practice self-compassion and forgive yourself if you do indulge a bit too much.
