“It is not the load that breaks you down. It’s the way you carry it.” Caregiver Fatigue is real and they are the most marginalized, unsung group of people. They put their responsibilities before their own needs and often forget they have a life too. Beyond Caregiving is a safe and supportive space for caregiverswho are caring for a special child, aging parent, or loved ones and are looking at their own well being too. This community aims tooffer a place where caregivers can come together to share their experiences, provideemotional support, and find practical advice from others who have gone through similarexperiences. This community is also designed to be a place where caregivers can relax,have fun, and share their passions and interests with others. The community will alsohost unwinding sessions in the form of meet-ups, and get-togethers, as opportunities toaddress emotional needs and also to facilitate socialization, which is crucial for the wellbeing of caregivers. This is a space where YOU MATTER.
