Divorce outcomes can vary greatly depending on the circumstances of the marriage, the legal system in place, and individual factors. It's not accurate to say that men are always vindicated or that women always come out ahead in divorces. In many cases, divorce settlements are based on factors such as each spouse's financial situation, contributions to the marriage, and the needs of any children involved. Historically, there has been a perception that men often fare worse in divorce proceedings, particularly when it comes to financial outcomes. However, this perception has been shifting over time as societal attitudes change and legal systems evolve to be more equitable.

It is not a good to generalise who is bad when the divorce happens. the fault can be with anyone.but yes the society is conditioned in such a way a few years back when women were not working and divorce happens, she has to depend on the man for the maintenance and all...so this notion came in and stayed.

yes. this is a misconception that men are very happy after the divorce and women have to face everything bad...Surely women have their struggles but so are men

Hey! hope you are well! The topic of divorce comes with a lot of debate of who's right and who's wrong. It's tough for every individual who has been through a divorce or are having one. In a divorce both the parties lose something or the other. Yes, in our society in many cases women do get a upper hand as many of them are not financially independent. But we can't say this for all the cases.

What does one do if the husband cheats on you
My husband has cheated on me. I have also forgiven. He stayed there for a few months now. But now again he avoids me. He is not interested in having sex with me. Neither does it give me any financial or emotional sleep. I don't understand what to do. He told me once that he was not interested in me. Abhi says yes but as always only with excuses. But she had feelings for having an affair. What should I do? But if I leave, if I leave you, I have a child.. I have a daughter.
My husband cheated on me. I have 2 options 1. Threaten him and get him to stay 2. Leave him coz he has found his love. Pls advise

Women's rights refer to the fundamental rights and freedoms that every woman and girl should have, regardless of their race, age, religion, nationality, or socio-economic status. These rights are based on the principle of gender equality and should apply in all spheres of life, including social, political, and economic domains. Key aspects of women's rights include: 1. **Political Rights:** Women should have the same rights as men to vote, run for political office, and participate in all levels of government. This also includes their right to influence policies and laws that affect their lives. 2. **Economic Rights:** Women should have equal access to employment and fair working conditions. They should receive equal pay for equal work, have the right to own property, and have equal access to economic resources such as education and training. 3. **Social Rights:** Women should have access to all social services, including healthcare and education. This also includes the right to live free from gender-based violence, harassment, and discrimination. 4. **Reproductive Rights:** Women should have the right to control their reproductive health and choices. This includes the right to access contraception, safe and legal abortion, and quality reproductive healthcare. 5. **Legal Rights:** Women should be equal before the law, with the right to sue and be sued, and the right to testify in court. They should also be protected by laws that penalize gender-based violence and discrimination. 6. **Cultural Rights:** Women should have the right to freely participate in the cultural life of their community, and to be free from cultural practices that harm or discriminate against them. Despite significant progress in many parts of the world, women's rights are still violated or neglected in many contexts. Advocacy for women's rights seeks to challenge and change these circumstances, with the aim of achieving equality and justice for all women.more
