اهلاً يا جميله🌸 انك شخصيه حساسه ليها ميزه مش عيوب بس تقدري انك من خلال التعامل مع الموضوعات تركزي علي الموضوع ككل مش التفاصيل الدقيقه لأنها هتاثر بالسلب عليكي حاولي تكوني مع أشخاص داعمين ميعلقوش بشكل سلبي طول الوقت حتي لو بهزار اعرفي ان الحساسيه نتاج نشاط بعض اجزاء المخ بشكل اكبر من الشخص العادي لمتحسسي بالذنب وبلاش جلد الذات احصلي علي الدعم والتعاطف من خلالنا وتابعيني علي mental health talk هتلاقيني كل يوم من الساعه ٨ للساعه ١٢ ماعدا يوم الجمعه اتمني ليكي يوم لطيف ☺️

Rahul was elder to Rohan. He used to love his brother so much that he fulfilled every wish that he had. One day he had a party to attend and asked his brother to give him the car keys. However he didn't have a driving license as he was underage. So Rahul refused. However when he saw Rohan upset he allowed him and told him to hide it from their father. Later that evening Rahul got a call from police station telling him that his brother was arrested for driving without license. When they came home, Rahul took it upon himself and told their father that it was his fault and not Rohans. But now Rahul feels guilty of lieing to his father. However he has to protect his brother as well. How can he live with a lie that protects his brother but harms him ?

Hi, @SoulTherapyWithHarleenBagga, my fam and me got into an accident last year because of my dad’s fault while driving. But since then I am unable to drive. I just seem to freeze when I sit on the driver’s seat. I really want to overcome this feeling and start driving again because it used to be my most favorite escape activity but now it is my most feared one. How can I overcome this fear?? Any tips??

Asian women have a lot going in their mind.They are multi tasking.They endure a lot without complaining.Leave driving,there may be many other areas where they fail . Their work load is too much.Some are working moms.Spare them . They only need guidancr
