Hi, @TanuB. Just wanted to ask if you got any prenatal yoga or Pilates routines to keep me feeling good during pregnancy? I want to stay active and healthy, but not sure where to start. Hey Congratulations on your pregnancy, there is lot you can do , parvatasana upward spine stretch, sitting back bends , sitting or standing side stretches , lying down Aasanas like hastapadangustaasana and it’s variations, lying twist , om chanting, Anulom Vilom , gentle digestion aiding strolls …. Can be very comfortably incorporated in daily routine….
