Hi, @TanuB. Just wanted to ask if you got any prenatal yoga or Pilates routines to keep me feeling good during pregnancy? I want to stay active and healthy, but not sure where to start. Any simple moves or sequences you found helpful while expecting? Just looking for some gentle exercises to support me and my baby bump!

Hey Congratulations on your pregnancy, there is lot you can do , parvatasana upward spine stretch, sitting back bends , sitting or standing side stretches , lying down Aasanas like hastapadangustaasana and it’s variations, lying twist , om chanting, Anulom Vilom , gentle digestion aiding strolls …. Can be very comfortably incorporated in daily routine….
