Hey, @TanuB I've practiced Ashtanga for two years, but not consistently. My goal this year is to practice Mysore-style 5-6 times per week. However, I'm feeling exhausted after full primary sessions, affecting both work and strength training. Any advice on managing this fatigue? Also, can I balance Mysore practice with strength training?
