A person can be lonely even when he/ she is in company of others... isolation is not just physical.. when a person isolates himself in thoughts that time also he can be lonely even when he is in midst of a crowd you need to find the real reason why you feel lonely... if you feel your brother is pretending to be normal when he is lonely please talk to him, hear him and understand the real reason and help him
