There are times when I feel like I'm being excluded or left out by my girl friends, which triggers feelings of loneliness and insecurity. How do I communicate these feelings without coming across as needy or as an ‘attention seeker’???
Hi . Actually it's not your friends,it's you who has stopped loving yourself and started loving others more than you. Confused? You can join my live on Monday and ask me clarification on this
So if you are bestfriends then ideally they should have understood by now about how you feel. But you should still clearly have a conversation with them and tell them about how you feel about things.

I am suffering with depression from past 10-12 years. I am taking regular psychiatric medicines also. But the major problem which I am facing in life is that I am having a vascillating mind. I am not able to stick to one plan for more than 2-3 days. I cannot follow anything religiously or with consistency. I lose my interest in anything I decide to do very soon. I can't even take bath daily because of mental lethargy. I have gained a lot of weight in these 10-12 years. It's 122 kg currently. I have tried meditation, yoga, walking, exercise everything. But I am not able to continue these things for a long time. I give up in 2-3 days everytime. I am 30 years old. I want to change my life. I want to get out of this vicious circle. How can I come out of it. Please widen my horizon about what is that is hindering in my life to move on and flourish and change. please advise and help me with your suggestions.
Hey there, thank you for sharing. Feeling like you've tried a lot of things and nothing working can be truly disheartening. It's understandable you feel frustrated and exhausted. I want to acknowledge the effort you've put in to find ways to feel better. It's definitely not easy. Since you've already been on medication for a long time, it's natural for your body to get resistant to it. Along with the meds, I would suggest to seek professional guidance from a psychologist for a fresh perspective. Sometimes a new perspective gives a glimmer of hope and might pave the way for your progress. Additionally, having a strong support system(friends, family) can also help you with motivation. Remember to be gentle with yourself during this challenging time, it's okay to take breaks and prioritize self care. Even though it might not feel like it now, things can change. If you want to explore further, you can get on a one-on-one call with me on the platform.

I'm a single woman in my 40s, and I'm worried about never finding love. How can I embrace my singlehood and find fulfillment on my own terms? @Amanvir
Hey dear.. Let yourself loose. Do not force yourself into enjoying being alone or a chance of falling in love again. Just go with the flow. Leave any anxiety and keep no expectations. Unexpected best Congress when we are least prepared at such times.trust me on that ❤️💯 Indulge in Love intensive meditations and healings. Lots to explore and experience there. You will get all your answers. To start with... Dress up, show up. Talk and trust.

What are some ways in which I cannot feel lonely? Because right now I feel very alone even when I'm surrounded by people. What do I do ? Is it me or is it them? I've Never felt this way. And I think it's because of stress! Anyways, is it too problematic or you have experienced It too ?? @Intelligent_Rocket_0277

I think there are some days when we feel like staying alone and not interacting with anyone. It's normal to feel this way. Just do stuff u enjoy for few days. If this doesn't work th3n try talking to someone
Hi! Yes! I have experienced it too. First of all you need to understand thendifference between being alone and lonely. Being alone is physical, you decide to be alone as you want to be left alone physically. Feeling lonely is an emotional feeling you have created for yourself due to whatever reasons. so, we come alone and go alone, remember that. But to feel alone is something we create. In this condition, if you are able to reflect and see what is causing this, do it. Or else look at people whom you can talk to and take their advise. Usually it could be because your expectations are not met in the group, or you have had a lose and are coping with it, or you are dealing with too many things that you are not feeling like it! Reflect, talk, and take advise/feedback to implement things for yourself. It is an effort you need to put. Tc, Preetha

In psychology class, I learned that women tend to be more unhappy in marriage than men. Do you think that is true, and why? @RC_Mayanka
I think both male and female can be unhappy in marriage. Why they say girls/females because when they are at home alone, they might think about so much of insecurities in life. In this cycle of imagination they can think of any worst case. But nowadays girls have so much to do they don't think much about husband, family issues etc. Now if the male sees a successful smart female partner he is either jealous or insecure. On the other hand if the female partner is simple he might compare her with other female colleagues. Thus became insecure in his Married life.

I'm literally very down from sometime. I can't focus on anything completely. Sitting alone in the evenings thinking if this all I'm to get in my entire course of my natural existence. I wonder if I've exhausted everything life has to offer. Basically I've been negative about the concept of life and existence. What do I do to get back in my normal phase again??? @Preetha_Balakrishnan

Take time to contemplate who you aspire to be in the future. Reflect on what aspects of your past self you want to retain and what new paths you wish to explore. This is an opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery 🔮
