fear could be due to something that you have experienced in the past and fear that could happen again OR Fear of what will happen next in the first case , train your mind to think differently what has happened need not happen again. in fact if you keep thinking negative you will attract negative in the second case , focus on the positive of the life. Express gratitude for what you are Today , what you have... focus on your strengths. this should help you get rid of all your fears.... can DM if need help on this
