جزء كبير من الكتب تعالجك نفسيا لاني اغلب مشاكلنا النفسية هي معتقدات خاطئة فا الكتب ممكن تصلح نظرتك للمواقف دي فا تحسي نفسك بمجرد قراءه فكره بسيطة في كتاب صلحت المعتقدات خلاص تعافيتي
