Is there remedy to deal with mid life crisis with Yoga
Consistently removing time for yourselves to do yoga even when not motivated can be a good push to overcome crisis.

How can doing yoga help keep our bodies healthier and prevent illnesses? Can you explain it in simple terms please?
For example, there are different asanas that focus more on thyroid related problems and some on PCOS or some that help in pregnancy. The variety of aasanas makes it easy to fight illness through yoga

Butterfly asana, cat and camel asana, malasana, Bhujang asana, chandranamaskar, Asthanga A and B for uterus related issues, and breathing exercises to bring calmness and focus.

Brahmri and anulom vilom breathing exercises are proven effective. Lam is also a root chakra chant to hear to strengthen those parts. you can play that chant on YouTube. Doing root chakra yoga asanas also release tensions such as growing cysts, pcod symptoms or any uterus related issues

These days I am getting myself into exercising and yoga. Loving the process and the kind of positivie energy it goves me to continue my day. But since I am a beginner, its a little difficult for me to practice most of the poses and exercises. So are there any easy yoga poses or exercises that we can do every day to stay healthy and keep diseases away??
Surya namaskar is best and easy and it takes care of all muscles, and while doing it hold for 5 seconds on all those postures to open up and stretch the muscles that have knotted up. Pawan Mukta asana, nauka asana, bridge pose, Dhanur asana are other easy ones

Have you seen or heard stories of people who started doing yoga and noticed positive changes in their health or ability to fight off illnesses? Can you please share some stories
I have been practising for the last 15 years and have many such positive stories. One of my students had thyroid and was on meds but since she started doing yoga and workout with me, along with mindfulness exercises she is now no more on meds and is curing through yoga practice. Some of students are also doctors but through my practice have found deep understanding in their own bodies and begin the logically understanding of health to a more spiritual understanding. This transformation changes the way you view life and if you view life positively, issues start to resolve
