Fitness is necessary to everyonetry do some yogasanas n get stronger, fit, healthy body
These days I am getting myself into exercising and yoga. Loving the process and the kind of positivie energy it goves me to continue my day. But since I am a beginner, its a little difficult for me to practice most of the poses and exercises. So are there any easy yoga poses or exercises that we can do every day to stay healthy and keep diseases away??

Surya namaskar is best and easy and it takes care of all muscles, and while doing it hold for 5 seconds on all those postures to open up and stretch the muscles that have knotted up. Pawan Mukta asana, nauka asana, bridge pose, Dhanur asana are other easy ones
