Talk with ppl u love. Tell them what you are going through. Or otherwise start journaling. Journaling is an very effective to get rid of negative thoughts.

Therapy is always a good choice. Also, someone mentioned journaling and I couldn’t agree more, just get a pad and write everything that’s stuck inside of you ✍️ It doesn’t have to be neat nor organized, it’s just for you. Sometimes, when I feel particularly anxious, I cry as hard and long as I need, allowing it all out until nothing’s left, then I write all the pain and anger onto the page and I burn it or tear it into pieces, it gives you a huge relief and releases the negative emotions. Then I write myself a love letter or just a few lines of hope and motivation, of care and encouragement… I hope it gets better, you are not alone ♥️

Do meditation which makes know yourself...it's an energy creator ...meditate everything will happen positively.

simple solution shift your energy identify and be with your glimmmers,means people and things that make you happy,don't feel guilty about spending time on yourself,now when things are bad you need YOU more . So ,take care ,start journaling if you can't go out ,listen to good music.Talk to good friends...take time out .....

اعاني من الوسواس القهري في كل شيء اخر وسواس هو وسواس فقدان العذرية وأفكار ملحة سلبية، مع بكاء، والخوف، والقلق فما الحل؟
انا اعاني من عدم القدرة على النوم أحاول انام ما اقدر، اجلس ساعتين او ثلاث وانا أحاول انام وانا افكر كيف ادخل إلى النوم وانا اعاني وصرت أخاف من النوم.
حياتي كانت طبيعية ومفيش فيا أي حاجه لحد ما حصل معايا موقف وانا بقت بفكر بالموت كتير ،وبقيت بربط كل الأحداث بالموت ، بقي معايا وسواس بلع الريق ، وسواس الموت اللي مش فارق دماغي ، حتى لو اجيت اتبسط بتيجي ببالي فكرة الموت ، حتى بفكر بالمستقبل وبربط كل الأحداث بالموت ، اي حاجة بتجعني بجسمي بربطها بالموت هل اذهب لاخصائي نفسي او معالج او استشاري هل في امل ارجع لحياتي
