I am feeling depressed and losing interest in my studies. What should I do to get back my interest and study effectively without bothering about results? @NikitaDudani3498
It is sad that as a culture we focus more on results than actual education. And this pressure has led many people feeling same. To gain interest in studies, try connecting to those parts of studies that interest you, what is your relationship with study, what makes studies interesting for you. make it a fun Endeavor.

I’m a person who gets PSD (Post Series Depression) after finishing a book or movie series that I am particularly attached to. Does anyone else out there experience the feeling of not being able to reread or rewatch a series because of this heartache? @NikitaDudani3498
Yes, it happens when we become too involved with the series or books. some things that can help you are: 1) Remind yourself that this is a fiction and for entertainment 2) Post reading or watching it, try to involve in daily activities. stay in touch with people so that you don't feel the depression 3) Connect to hobbies that help you

Why do I get really anxious whenever I open social media? It's like when I open Twitter/Instagram or even Snapchat, I feel very anxious and become really depressed afterward. @NikitaDudani3498
social anxiety can be reason for it. often what is shown on social media is happy and not real challenges and unknowingly we tend to compare oneself with it. if as a person you are introvert or have socially conscious, such things may cause anxiety. best way to deal with is to remind yourself that your life is beautiful as it is. for social anxiety, you can talk to a professional or book a session with me

Curiosity is considered as a mental illness, then that's what causes people to ask a lot of questions. I don't think that wanting to know more is a mental illness. In fact, I'd say that failing to ask a lot of questions is a mental illness. There is a notation in our society that someone asking too many questions has some problem. Why is curiosity mixed with mental health? @NikitaDudani3498
tbh, as a practiconer i am hearing it for the first time that curiosity is mental health condition. IT IS NOT! being curious symbolizes an inquisitive mind.

The constant fights with my partner have been affecting my mental health significantly. The emotional rollercoaster and unresolved conflicts are taking a toll on my well-being. I find myself struggling with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed by the ongoing tension. I'm unable to cope with these challenges? @NikitaDudani3498
Relationships conflicts leave a deeper scar than being discussed. the anxiety can be because of being apprehensive of what will come next. Reminding yourself of your own strength and confidence plays a major role. If persists, you can book a session with me.

I can see that my friend is going through a really tough time after the engagement didn't work out, and it's breaking my heart to see her in pain. I want her to know that I'm here, but I also realize that I might not fully understand what she is going through. I genuinely want to help and support her, but I'm unsure of the best way to do that. I'm reaching out for your guidance on how to best support my friend. @NikitaDudani3498
Hey! heart breaks are difficult to deal with. Provide your friend with: - non judgmental space where she can cry, vent or just stay silent - ask her what she needs, sometimes a person just needs some company - tell her to seek profession help if her pain is too much to bear with - see at the brighter side of things and try to stay positive - indulge in activities that bring her happiness - travel and rest

I am facing issues and don't understand what has gone wrong. I have been married since 9years where 2.5 were so toxic as I was living with my in-laws which I feel has impacted my relationship with my husband. we moved out of Mumbai away from my in laws to Gurgaon n since 2017 we both are living away from them. Our relationship has improved but it's just I don't get those sexual urges and we haven't had sex since so many years. Need clarity n help on what has gone wrong.
Toxic environment takes a toll on us overall. this is what we call PTSD. Sexula relationship will take some time to built again. till then take time to heal yourself first. talk with your partner and help him see where you stand. indulge in couples activities like role play, dates, traveling that increases harmony between you both
