Anxiety bisa menyerang dalam waktu yang beda-beda, tergantung situasinya. Biasanya sih, nggak bisa diprediksi banget, tapi bisa berlangsung dari beberapa menit sampe beberapa jam atau bahkan lebih lama. Tapi yang pasti, jangan dibiarin terus-terusan ya, lebih baik cari cara untuk atasinnya.
